Appreciated my such great stay on our vacation. Welcoming, accommodating people working here. Units with balcony.

Had great stay out of town, the staff were helpful, location was stunning and close to everything. Booked a room with particularly good views of the mountains. They had a continental breakfast that included cereal, toast and hot waffles.

We appreciated this low cost hotel, no reason to complain. Our room was brand-new and exceptional with tub, the separate mirrors plus nice linens. The breakfast had lots of food, like coffee, cereal, toast and hot waffles. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Shroud Museum.

The views at this great budget hotel were magnificent. Satisfactory breakfast with a great selection of cereal, toast and hot waffles to satisfy every guest.

Didn't like the area, it was very very bad.

No complaints, truly enjoyed this place and totally recommend. Good value, room was cheap, staff were amicable. Decent and unbeatable location close to The Comedy Barn Theater.

Wanted to explore Pigeon Forge and this hotel was great base for doing it. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Mel's Classic Diner that was only 5 minutes' walk away: )

Breakfast was satisfactory, particularly good views, unbeatable location just off Gatlinburg and Dollywood. Amicable staff members were with manager. I really enjoyed that the room was big size and cheap. It met all required needs.

Loved it. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a perfect area, not far from most things and shopping areas and shops.

This cheap hotel had great views. A huge variety of food at continental breakfast including cereal, toast and hot waffles to order. The staff was with manager, check out was late.

The hotel was budget with great views and an amazing location so close to Everything. The room was reasonably large and brand-new, and the pool was a nice one.

Better choose this place to stay when in Pigeon Forge. Everything about this shopping hotel was great. The staff were accommodating, helped with any issues. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Absolutely brilliant room, nice hot breakfast and decent location. Thanks to smart staff I had an outstanding stay. Booked a room with unbelievable views. There was a trendy bar with very efficient service. Easy check-in, late check-out.

Everything was great in the hotel. Great bedroom with a huge bathroom.

The hotel was low budget, rooms and the breakfasts here were great. The staff tried to be amiable and made our stay an awesome experience. The breakfast at our property was with 1 waffle iron.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, complimentary breakfast, common room and very comfy bed. We were there for 2 nights and had dinner at casual restaurant. Victorian style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. The beach was nice.

Everything was outstanding from the good service to the outstanding food. We really enjoyed bright room with best bathroom. This hotel had a central position.

Respectful staff, absolutely perfect location and exceptional room. I truly enjoyed the room, the bed was soft. I had quick lunch at Firehouse Subs, located not very far from the hotel.

I loved location and staff. The rooms with soft bed, tub, nice linens. Breakfast with the doughnuts and 1 waffle iron, for example. Location: the hotel was really close to many shops as well as stores and attractions.

Hotel was reasonably large and original. Our room had a comfortable bed and a stunningly beautiful view. Liked the fairly clean bathroom. Indoor pool deserves a special mentioning, it was very clean.

Dismissive staff, non-smoking room - we had a really great experience. Location so close to the center of town, many shops, Pigeon Forge.

Location was prime, rooms were beautiful and I liked attentive staff. Fairly large suite and comfy bed. The views were marvellous. Simply no complaints, perfectly pleasant stay.

Decent room, exceptionally clean and old-fashioned place, service-oriented staff. Wonderful breakfast, great service. Incredibly convenient location within easy walking distance of The Island in Pigeon Forge Amusement Park. Having different soft drinks in the piano bar was a very nice touch.

Terrific hotel with really professional staff. Amazing bed, large bathroom and complimentary wireless internet, climate control and free tea in the room. The atmosphere created here was family. Bar was pretty comfortable. Lovely pool too. Moreover, parking was onsite.

Our room was soundproof, beds super and a premier location. And it also had exceptional view. The staff was obliging and made our stay fairly nice. Really enjoyed Pigeon Forge, the hotel was cheap. The service was absolutely amazing.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Five star location, pleasant rooms, always fairly good staff. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, I slept well. Easy enough to find, in the middle of Pigeon Forge.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we loved our choice. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, WiFi and free tea. A good beach, perfect view.

they had everything we wanted for our trip, we thoroughly enjoyed location and rooms. we were happy to find jersey mike's subs 600 ft away, where we could eat. this hotel is equal to 2 stars.

Staff and location are OKAY, I loved so so comfy bed. It's found in a busy area, within walking distance of many landmarks of Pigeon Forge.

The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly. We got FAMILY suite and thoroughly enjoyed it. Plus, free WiFi was available. It deserves its 2 stars.

We liked almost everything, including rooms and location...
